What are your rates for house cleaning services?
Fees are based on the condition and size of the home. It is best to contact the office directly for an estimate. Our customer service representatives will walk you through our cleaning processes and provide you with a price for a service that has been created to fit your specific needs. Offices provide free, no-obligation estimates for cleaning services right over the phone!
What is your service area?
We service the following areas: Apex, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, Hillsborough, Garner, Graham, Morrisville, Raleigh, and Wakeforest.
Do I need to do anything before my cleaning team arrives?
The cleaning service from Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services is here to help. To allow us to be most efficient, it is helpful if you pick up toys, laundry, household items, and clutter before the team arrives. This allows us to move through your home more quickly, which can lessen the cost. Leave fresh linens out so we can change the bedding. And put away any important documents and valuables. No worries though, we’re ready to tackle the worst possible messes, and will neatly pile and arrange any items left on floors or furniture.
Can my animals be out while my house is being cleaned?
We love pets and will be very careful around them. Please let us know in advance what kind of pets you have so we can take care to not startle them or accidentally let them outside. We also ask that you secure them as appropriate in case visitors make them nervous.
What if my cleaning team missed a spot?
Call us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area, free of charge.
How do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check, accepted credit cards, Venmo, or PayPal. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated amount, plus tax. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will handle that process from our cleaning service office.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Need to cancel or reschedule your service? Please notify Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services by sending an email to info@trianglecccs.com. If your changes are made a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled appointment start time, you will not incur any fees. However, if we receive less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your service price.
Arrival Window
Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services provides a service arrival window of 1 hour in order to account for the unforeseeable variables that happen from day to day. The standard arrival window is two hours. For example, if you have an appointment scheduled at 10 am, our crew will arrive between 10 am and 11 am.
Access and Lockout Policy
Can’t be there for the cleaning? No, problem. Just let leave a key hidden at the service location, let us know where, and you’re good to go!
Please be aware, if we are not able to enter the property for the scheduled cleaning, you will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price.
Are You Bonded and Insured?
Yes, Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services is fully bonded and insured. We are guests in your home or business, which is why we have taken the necessary measures to provide you with the peace of mind you need to feel confident in our professional cleaning services.
Do I Need to Provide You With Cleaning Supplies?
No. You are not required to provide Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services’s team with cleaning products or equipment. Our team has professional-grade tools and cleaning supplies to make sure that our service is effective. Of course, if you would prefer that we use the products of your choosing, all you have to do is let us know in advance and we will accommodate your request because customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities.
Is it Normal to Feel Nervous Before my First Cleaning Appointment?

Do I Have to be There at the Time of my Appointment?

Do You Send the Same Person Every Time?
We try to because continuity makes for more consistent service. However, sometimes life gets in the way. If the cleaner(s) that typically works on your property isn’t available, another member of our fully licensed and bonded team will arrive at the agreed-upon time and provide the same high level of service you have come to expect from Triangle Carpet & Commercial Cleaning Services.
